Ice cream totally watery, doesn't taste good at all
Ice cream itself was delicious, but the ice cream sundaes prepared rather listlessly, not to be compared with the pictures in the menu. The service staff were mostly friendly, but sometimes had no mask on. Ice cream sundae with 6-8 € (normal size) just okay, but coffee drinks (latte and Co.) with 5 € totally overpriced!
Ice cream tasted very good, very nice view, only you can't look at the staff. Dirty work clothes, many construction workers look even cleaner, listless, unfriendly, each cup is brought individually. Inside, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired - from dirty dishes to the toilet - pooh. Not recommendable!!! Unfortunately!
The full taste experience. The ice creams that were ordered tasted exactly the same. That's what I call the great art of ice cream making. NOT RECOMMENDABLE!
I highly NOT reccomend. Paying with card up from 15 Euro with no information provided in the menu, nor on the door or by the waitress. The waitress was unkind, there was messy inside , the tiramisu was just ordinary. Cappucino was surprasingly good.
Cash only without prior information. Unpleasant staff.
were there last Sunday, were surprised to find such a lousy service. After we asked after 30 minutes whether our order had gone under, 2 sundaes came nearby, which had probably lingered for some time. The ice cream was so melted and could only be enjoyed with a straw. Since a cup would have cost almost 8 euros, we politely asked the waitress about it. We were actually verbally abused and even insulted and left immediately! DOCUMENT LOADING
A friend and I were at the Milano ice cream parlor yesterday, when we wanted to order something, the waiters kept staring at us in an intrusive, demanding, downright gaping manner. The waiter did not use a mask and wiped his sweat off with his bare hand and then served us our ice cream ... The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right. € 6 for an ice cream parlor that tastes like water. NEVER AGAIN!
Very tasty ice cream and tastes very natural. At € 1.50 per ball, it is also at the top of the range.
We waited too long for just two drinks. Also the people around us complained.
Best place to linger with a view of the Frauenkirche. Unfortunately, these ice cream parlor employees are unbeatable when it comes to rudeness. It is a shame that such an impossible operator is allowed to work in such a beautiful place. What a picture that throws on Dresden. ???
Not Gelato ice-cream... That means it is neither related to Milano..
Several people never had stomach problems again after consuming the scoop of ice cream. The hygiene should take a closer look.
Not recommendable. The service was cool and remote, after 25 minutes without service we left. Across the street is a great ice cream parlor with significantly more realistic prices and great service. Milano NO THANKS!
Not worth it. The prices are high - two coffees, chocolate strudel and 2 scoops of ice cream are 33 euros. Hundreds of wasps outside, you have to run inside. But the worst thing at the end - payment only in cash! I had to look for an ATM to pay. This is some kind of joke?
The ice cream parlor with probably the best view of the Frauenkirche in Dresden. Our order was a long time coming, but the taste made us forget the waiting time.
The ice cream was okay, but by no means good. Unfortunately, the service did not make you feel welcome as a guest. Only the view of the Frauenkirche was great.
Unfortunately had an animal in the ice. I then gave a note to the staff (who was very unfriendly from the start) & they informed me that the animal must have just come in (animal was completely lifeless in the middle of the ice) I went straight away without ordering. Absolutely NOT to be recommended ..
Nice place, nice people ?
I cannot understand the negative comments. The location with a view of the beautiful Frauenkirche: 5 stars. Service in Arabic but correct: 3 stars Ice quality good. 4 stars. Price-performance level 4 stars.
Absolutely not recommendable. We had to wear a mouthguard to buy ice cream to take away. A family behind us, who made fun of our face mask, was waved through with the note that a mask was not necessary. Service joked with the customers about us. Incredible...
In search of a shady spot and a cooling ice cream, we came across the Eiscafé Milano. We chose a tropical sundae for two. The ice cream attracted attention due to its size and color and was also very tasty sehr
They were extremely rude and we saw a waiter serving directly the ice cream onto the cup with his bare hands.
In contrast to many other reviews, our service was extremely nice. Unfortunately, we didn't find the ice cream so good. But you sit beautifully on the Neuer Markt.
We wanted to have a coffee comfortably and decided on Tiramisu. Unfortunately it wasn't tasty at all, it just tasted sweet. The waitress was nice and accommodating at the beginning. Unfortunately, then read on. We had to wait for our bill forever. Generally there was also a lack of coziness.
We were there on New Year's Day 2020 without looking at the reviews beforehand. The waiter came quickly and wanted to take our order. I hadn't been able to look at the map myself, since we only had one. Said a moment please, but then we waited forever and decided to go again. And then discovered the Sinfonia, luckily.
My experience here was horrendous. Firstly we ordered 3 pieces of apple cake and bowl of mixed ice-cream. When the apple cake came, it was completely FROZEN, and when we went to ask the waitstaff about why it was frozen they pretended that they could not hear us and then we went to ask them again, they proceeded to tell us it is supposed to be completely frozen. Once the ice-cream came, it was practically inedible due to its consistency which was just disgusting. Then when I went into the women's bathroom, neither stall was equipped with any toilet paper. Finally when we wanted to pay, it turns out that they couldn't remember what we had ordered and needed to ask us yet again. On our way out, we once again complained about the fact that the apple cake was completely frozen and clearly not freshly baked like advertised and they proceeded to ignore us and act in a cold rude manner. The customer service here is atrocious and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. This place, is simply a tourist trap with the rudest wait staff.
Ok, but not what you would expect from an Italian eiscream
Quick (not cheap) stop surrounded by famous sights in very historical part of Old-Town Dresden.
Ice cream tastes terrible and is not worth the 1.50€ per scoop
We had to wait tooo long for just 2 coffees and we had the worst cappuccino ever. I don't recommand it at all.
Ice cream is tasty and not to expensive with 1,50 per piece. Just the waffle was not that good which is why I rated 4 starts
